Beverly performed beyond her scope of duties, the sale came down to "finding the well" and when all failed, local well septic companies could not find the well on my 2 acre waterfront lot, Beverly and a partner took a Saturday and two iron rods, the old survey and within 1 hr and 14 minutes, the well was found and the sale was saved.
